Is there a minimum order value?
No. You can order just one piece if you like.
Do you charge VAT?
VAT is added to all orders at the current rate. Our VAT number is GB 981 4037 17. Prices shown on the website and pricelist are excluding VAT.
Do you provide Gift Packaging?
Yes, every piece comes in a hand made and lined rigid gift box, embossed with the artist’s signature. Very small pieces come in a hand made velvet drawstring bag. Each piece is also accompanied by a booklet of information about the artist and the casting process and a label that you can display in your gallery.
Do you provide Certificates of Authenticity with the sculptures?
Yes. Every piece has its own embossed Certificate of Authenticity, hand signed by the artist. If you buy a piece composed of more than one sculpture (for example a Mother and Baby Elephant), each piece has its own certificate.
How do I get listed on your website as a stockist?
As soon as we receive your first order, we will list your gallery name, address and telephone number on our Find a Stockist page. We will also provide a link directly to your webpage, so that customers looking for a stockist in your area can go straight to your website.
Do you grant exclusivity to galleries stocking your bronze?
Yes. We will not supply another retailer local to you with the artists that you stock. The higher the value of the orders you place, the larger area we will grant exclusively to you.
Can I buy these pieces anywhere else?
Our sculptors do not supply work to be cast in bronze and sold to galleries to any other company and do not sell to galleries directly themselves. The only place you can purchase bronze sculpture by these artists is from us.
Do you provide printable information for galleries?
You can download artists’ cvs, pricelists and other information once you have logged in.
Do you sell to internet only businesses?
No. We believe that it is difficult enough to maintain a high street business without being in competition with others who don’t have your overheads.
Do you sell directly to the public?
No. If someone asks to buy directly from us, we will direct them to their nearest stockist.
Do you provide credit terms?
Yes. We ask you to pay pro forma for your first order, but after that we are happy to set up an account and provide you with 30 days credit.
Do you supply work on a sale or return basis?
We only sell sculpture that has a proven track record of sales, so we do not supply on a sale or return basis.
Do you only cast in limited editions?
Yes we do. Our customers were keen for us to do this, so we now cast only limited editions.
Do you sell pieces of sets separately?
No. If you purchase a Mother and Baby Elephant, we can only sell another complete set. This is to keep the edition number concurrent.
I don’t know anything about sculpture. Can you help?
Our specialist sales team work individually with every customer, giving you everything you need to effectively sell bronze sculpture, even if you have never done it before.
We will talk you through every piece individually and choose the most advantageous collection for you to stock given your budget, display options, existing stock and customers’ preferences.
We have years of experience of selling these pieces all over the country, so at any given moment we know exactly what is selling well where, and we also have a wealth of knowledge of how best to display bronze sculpture to achieve different effects. We use all this information to help give you a head start in selling bronze even if you know nothing about it.
You will have the mobile phone number of your account manager that you can call seven days a week. She will always answer, or return your call within one hour if she is with a customer when you ring. She will know you personally, including your order history and preferences and so will discuss your individual needs whenever you wish to.
We will also provide you with information about the artists, foundry and casting process, enabling you to become very knowledgeable very quickly, but if a customer ever asks you a question that you don’t know the answer to, you can call your account manager who personally knows the artists and foundry and can provide you with the answer that you need.
