Our standard shipping rate is £15.00 + vat per delivery. Orders over £1000.00 are delivered free.
All our work is carefully hand wrapped in very tough packaging indeed and delivered by a courier who hand sorts their parcels (they don’t throw it into a machine).
The parcel will require a signature upon delivery and is insured well above its value.
Returns
As each of our items is a special order, we sadly cannot accept returns unless the piece is damaged. If this should happen, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of your delivery. We will then ask you to post the item back to us, send us the proof of postage and we will refund you the cost and send you out a replacement.
